Bill Hassel – President & Owner
As an owner and President of Titus, Bill is responsible for overall management of the company while focusing on field operations. Bill works with the Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Foremen to ensure that our client’s goals are met during construction. Bill also is involved in business development, contracts, estimating, and financial operations.

Before starting Titus Construction Group, Bill spent more than 10 years overseeing large commercial projects in excess of $100 million for Nationally ranked General Contractors. He holds a state certified general contractor’s license and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Bill holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a Bachelors Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
Nathan Pardue – Vice President & Owner
As an owner and Senior Vice President of Titus, Nathan focuses on the day to day issues that keep the company on track. Nathan is active in the overall management of the company with an emphasis on client relationships, contracts, estimating, financial controls and administrative operations.

Before joining Titus Construction Group, Nathan also spent more than 10 years overseeing large commercial projects in excess of $100 million for Nationally ranked General Contractors. Nathan is a state certified general contractor who also holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a Bachelors Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
